Chelsea vs. Manchester United Score, Grades and Post-Match Reaction-Nani Mdwegwedoooo??

Samuel Eto'o scored a hat-trick as Chelsea kept pressure on the Premier League leaders with a 3-1 victory at home to Manchester United on Sunday at Stamford Bridge. The result kept Chelsea within two points of league leaders Arsenal, who won 2-0 at home to Fulham on Saturday. The Blues, who remained undefeated at Stamford Bridge under Jose Mourinho, are one point behind second-placed Manchester City, who defeated Cardiff City 4-2 on Saturday. Manchester United remained seventh but are now six points behind fourth-placed Liverpool. Now 14 points behind Arsenal, United almost certainly will not retain their league title. http://www.getpaid4visits.com/index.php?refcode=42607

Rwandan presidency dismisses Kagame death rumours

Kigali: Rwanda's presidency on Friday dismissed rumours that the country's leader Paul Kagame was dead. The denial came amid reports of street celebrations in the Democratic Republic of Congo city of Goma, situated on the border with Rwanda, although it was not immediately clear what sparked the celebrations. "That is completely wrong," an official from President Kagame's office said of the rumours. "The president is currently meeting US students as part of his routine audiences. You are free to come and attend the audience and meet him as well," the official said. A close aide to Kagame, Yolande Makolo, also dismissed the rumours, saying on Twitter that they were "utter nonsense". Kagame, 56, became the de-facto leader of Rwanda in 1994, when his Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) rebel army routed genocidal forces who had killed at least 800,000 people, mainly Tutsis. His admirers hail him as an economic visionary, but he is viewed by critics as a despot who crushes all opposition. He has also come in for fierce criticism for Rwanda's alleged support for rebel groups operating in the Goma region in the east of the DRC. Rwanda has intervened in two separate conflicts in the DRC, sending troops into the former Zaire in 1996 and in 1998.

Leadership Success – Tapping Into the Potential of Your Team

As a leader, you are really judged on the results that you achieve. The chances are that you understand that to achieve optimum results you need to get the best from a team. So how can you tap into the potential of the team? Know where you excel If you are leading or managing people, you probably have great people skills. What other areas do you excel in? Without knowing where you excel and struggle, it is going to be difficult to know where you need people to complement you. Leadership Find out where others excel Most of the time, we only take the time to find out what makes people tick or what they do well at interviews. This means that we are in some ways in the dark about what it is that makes others tick and how to get the best from them. Make a point of finding out what each individual member of your team does excellently so that you can utilise that effectively in getting results. Recognise the benefits Even if you are the most committed, hardworking and determined leader around, you can only do so much in isolation. Think about a project as a great example. If there was only one person working on a project, how likely are you to get the project done and the results achieved quickly? “Highly unlikely” is your answer no doubt as you can only do one thing at a time. Similarly, if you have a group of people who are all the same, it is going to be difficult to get diversity of opinions or viewpoints to challenges or obstacles that arise. If you want to prosper as a leader or manager, you need to tap into the potential of your team. So what’s your first step? By Marissa Oldman

The Millennium Villages Project

The Millennium Villages Project (MVP) was founded with the goal of helping impoverished communities in rural Africa achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), formulated and agreed on by all member countries of the United Nations. The MVP is active at 14 sites in 10 African countries. Each site is in a major agro-ecological zone that, together, represent the farming systems used by 90% of the agricultural population and 93% of the agricultural land area in sub-Saharan Africa. The MVP shows that fighting poverty at a village level through community-led development is an effective way of reaching the MDGs. The project operates in 80 villages and, to date, has reached nearly 400,000 people. The Novartis Foundation for Sustainable Development (NFSD) began supporting one Millennium Village in 2007: the Ilolangulu village in Tanzania. Over a five-year-period the Novartis Foundation is investing in the village’s transition from subsistence farming to self-sustaining commercial activity. In addition, the foundation collaborates with the Millennium Villages Project in health-related research to contribute to the achievement of MDGs 4, 5 and 6. As well as financing one of the village clusters, the Novartis Foundation aims to improve the access to effective malaria treatment by donating artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACT) Coartem®, produced by Novartis, to all 80 Millennium Villages for the treatment of uncomplicated malaria. Don’t Answer That Interview Question! Something that many people don’t realize when being interviewed for a job is that every question has a very specific purpose. If you don’t interpret the purpose of the question and answer appropriately, you’ll not only fail to give the interviewer the information that they need, but you’ll also miss out on a chance to sell yourself and may lose the job in the process. The Question Behind the Question Interview Before we look at interview questions, it’s a good idea to put ourselves in the shoes of the person interviewing us. They are there because they are trying to find the best possible (fill in the job title here). So, skills are important to them (or potential is important to them if it is a training position), but they aren’t the only thing that is important. For some people, interviewing is their only job, but for most, it is a distraction from their “real job.” That means that they’d rather be doing something else, and would prefer to have to do interviews as infrequently as possible. So another thing that is important to them is how long you’ll stay in the job if you’re hired so that they don’t have to be interviewing for someone to replace you in the near future. A third thing that is true of most interviewers is that they are also responsible for maintaining productivity and tranquility in their department, so they’ll want to find someone who plays well with others or, in the parlance of the employment world, is a good fit. That means that many of the questions you’ll be asked are geared to find out whether you meet the interviewer’s needs in the areas that I just mentioned. While they may come out and ask you these questions directly, they’re more likely to ask them in a round about way because they know that you want the job and will try to give the “right” answer to each question that you’re asked. It’s for that reason that there is almost always a question behind the one being asked. To find out what it is, you can ask yourself, “what do they really want to know by asking me this question?” If an interviewer asks, “what is the most difficult problem you’ve faced at work and how did you solve it?” what are they really wanting to know? Sure they want you to tell them about this big problem that you had and what a good problem solver you are, but they also want to gain insight into your perception of what a big problem is. Is it that you ran out of toner for the copier and so you ordered a new canister? Or was it a more complex problem that demanded a more complex solution? The question will also help them to gain insight about how you solve problems. Are you a collaborator, or do you do things by yourself? Do you choose the best possible solution, or a less desirable one? How do you make decisions? (skills?) If they ask you where you see yourself in five years, they may expect you to have aspirations, but are probably hoping that you will want to stay in this job a reasonable amount of time – which, barring any unusual circumstances is three years according to most supervisors or human resource managers. Another question that is often asked to get at this information is “why did you leave your last three positions?” If someone says, for better pay, then it tells the interviewer that when a job comes along that pays better, you’ll jump ship. (length of stay?) If they ask you how you handled a conflict with a coworker, they’re wanting to know who was really to blame for the conflict and whether you came up with a solution that worked, waited for the other person to solve the problem, or whether the relationship was forever broken. (plays well with others?) Believe me when I tell you that there is always a question behind the question. Even the most innocuous question has a double meaning and it is your job to figure out what that is. By knowing what the interviewer is trying to learn about you, you will be better prepared to answer the question and will leave them with a better feeling about you as a candidate. How Is Cancer Diagnosed?

The earlier cancer is diagnosed and treated, the better the chance of its being cured. Some types of cancer -- such as those of the skin, breast, mouth, testicles, prostate, and rectum -- may be detected by routine self-examination or other screening measures before the symptoms become serious. Most cases of cancer are detected and diagnosed after a tumor can be felt or when other symptoms develop. In a few cases cancer is diagnosed incidentally as a result of evaluating or treating other medical conditions.

Diagnosis begins with a thorough physical examination and a complete medical history. Lab studies of blood, urine, and stool can detect abnormalities that may indicate cancer. When a tumor is suspected, imaging tests such as X-rays, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and fiberoptic scope examinations help doctors determine its location and size. To confirm the cancer diagnosis, a biopsy is performed: A tissue sample is surgically removed from the suspected malignancy and studied under a microscope to check for cancer cells.

LIBRARY Of LOVE

It is an innate desire of human beings to look attractive regardless of the hair type they have. Each ethnic race has its own standards of beautiful hair.

Mere presence of some beautiful hair strands on the scalp is of not much significance if not with coupled with some healthy and voluminous hair to match. You can have both the beauty and quantity if you follow some faster hair growth tips.

Growth of healthy hair largely depends on its normal healthy
functioning and structure. The hair structure is divided into
two parts - the non living part that is projected
out of the skin of the scalp and the other living part...
